what we’re about

://grove is a collection of loosely-connected designers, writers, film-makers, writers and other creative individuals who have decided to come together and offer each other support for our individual projects as well as take on outside projects as a team.

we have a lot of skills under our belts – writing, cinematography, music composition, sound design, live visual design, new project development, hardware hacking and repurposing, lighting, scenic design, improvised visuals, custom software coding, web development, geolocative art, carpentry, film editing – and these just scratch the surface.  ://grove.nyc is a direct response to the fact that one man/woman can’t do it all, anymore – there’s too much software to learn, too many options to solve any problem that arises and not enough time in the day to thoroughly explore all of them – and while we know we can’t go it alone, we’re pretty sure we can do it together.
